I really like this product, the flavour is very nice something to look forward to when going to the gym , flavours not to sour or strong, is just right , has the perfect amount off caffeine in one scoop to be able to get into a workout and good sweat and help motivate my self to push with the extra energy the ghost pre workout gives me .

Very good pump from this pre. Quite intense energy which is what I’m after. Taste for the warheads sour watermelon is super artificial sweet and wouldn’t recommend that one but will be trying other flavours because the actual pre is good.
