I really like this product, the flavour is very nice something to look forward to when going to the gym , flavours not to sour or strong, is just right , has the perfect amount off caffeine in one scoop to be able to get into a workout and good sweat and help motivate my self to push with the extra energy the ghost pre workout gives me .- Brandon
