Love this product, can't have my stack without it now. So easy to drink, tasty and you feel it quickly especially if you take it as per the instructions. No tingling or shakes for me from this.
I think my strength and muscle recovery has improved a lot. I can now do 6 workouts a week compared to just my usual 5. Dropped a lot of belly fat too.

I purchased the kiwi strawberry, I had a doubt that it wouldn’t work because nothing else seemed to serve me. BUT as soon as I entered the gym after 15 minutes, I did great ! I was so focused & working hard. Which is unsual. I feel so confident going back to back to the gym knowing I have a good source of protein ect. The flavour is also easy to consume and quite yum.
