Really good, I am much stronger and leaner just after 2 weeks of use. Not much bloating, just drink heaps with it.

This is a great product especially for beginner levels of fitness. I would struggle to complete a workout but can definitely see a difference when taking this creatine.

The product is a must for every gym addict because it does wonders???? energy, focus, strength and alot of other amazing benefits but please drink a lot of water plus the loading phase for a week is a must do.
