The BEST grape flavour pre workout I have ever had. This gives me the right amount of jitters and drive to get through my workout. I would 100% recommend.

Very sweet but a bit like a tangy apple lolly. Had half a scoop to see how it went pre 10k run. Struggled through the sweetness. No difference in physical ability, I will increase next run. Possibly clearer mind. Website states 4.9g per serving and container states 6.9g per serving. Confusing when comparing. Would like to know other ingredients quantity such as Acetyl-L-carnitine to compare with other products.

This "Hardcore" version I don't notice too much of a difference - Although I'm not caffeine sensitive I notice no real side effects or caffeine buzz. Poison Apple is a fairly good flavor and I'd pick it again based upon that taste alone...

Amazing product! Got the Cola flavour to help curb my cravings for fizzy and it definitely helps! Been taking it every morning before breakfast for 2 weeks and already seeing results. Can't wait to try other flavours.

Flavour is easy to drink and not sickly sweet. Gives a major boost of energy for your workout and makes you sweat. I can’t take it took late in the day or I’m up all night. No shakes, itchiness or increased anxiousness on it.

I take this every morning before fasted cardio and it really does the job for me. This gives me the right amount of energy boosts, helps me focus more, and you can really feel the difference once taking in for your workouts compared to if you don't take it. I also lift weights in the afternoon, so I take it once more before my afternoon training. It does say to not exceed more than 1 scoop, but it works a treat for me. I have had no problems taking 2 scoops per day before each of my trainings, alongside having no problems at all with this product. Overall this is a great product, that I highly recommend if you want that extra help on your deficit/weight-loss journey. -Lemon Sherbet is also an amazing tasting flavour.

Loving this grape bubble gum flavour. I didn’t get any jitters or headaches. I normally get the kiss my peach for that reason. But glad to say i can juggle in between this flavour and the other non stims.

As always, Oxyshred works really well, but for me i need to take mine before midday or i cannot sleep. I will definitely purchase it again, in a different flavour.

Have really enjoyed using this as a pre workout. Never get the itchy sensation that other pre work out supplements give you. Is keeping me on track with my goals. Am excited to try the other flavours.

Early days yet so not sure if its helping for weight loss. I've switched from original formula. I was hoping for more energy as I'm not a coffee drinker. I'm on the fence about that as haven't found any difference from original formula. I do love the taste and that its just one serve a day.

This product is incredible. If you want something to wake you up and give you a great pump than this product is for you. The watermelon flavour is my favourite. Sweet but not sickly.

I LOVE THIS STUFF It gives you a nice energy lift, makes you sweat, good for suppressing your appetite. I take it on a empty stomach in the morning before working out and I truly love it. It helped me lose weight which is awesome.

Definitely not for the faint hearted as it states. This will kick your sweat glands into overdrive during your workout + speed the metabolism up. I have this around 9am and still have energy to smash out my last session at night. No awkward buzz feeling, I can still sleep at night. Tastes good in chilled water.

Love this, although the flavour isn't as good as the original oxyshread passionfruit. The preworkout hardcore give me a longer focusing time than the old one. I love the feeling of smashing a workout harder and feel like i really achieve that when i take oxyshread.

Love the flavour. Does exactly what i need. So helpful for the early dawn workouts and helps start the day on non-training days. Don't feel a heavy energy crash like i personally have experienced with other pre-workouts. Enhanced my performance tremendously. Yes, I feel energetic after having this on an empty stomach or soon after getting up. However, I am yet to notice any weight loss. May be I need to wait until I finish one tub. I workout three times or about seven to eight hours per week. BTW, I ordered another tub of Oxyshred Hardcore and Oxysleep. Hoping to loose 5 to 7 kgs in the next 40 days.

Amazing way to start a work out sesh or to start the morning off, I've lost a lot of weight from using this product (along with exercise) it always encourages me to work out if I have no motivation keeps me going all day at work. I don't have any trouble sleeping I've also had no negative effects from this product. I've been using it for about 2-3 months and I highly recommend this product to anyone.

Surprisingly not as disgusting as I thought it would be - tastes like flat grape fanta almost so it's bearable to drink. Definitely gives me a hell of a kick of energy but can leave my stomach feeling a bit sore and bloated later on.

This is a great product for weightloss with exercise I am seeing faster results and it is helping with stubborn fat, Only down fall is if your tired you wont be able to nap because you will be wired and full of energy even after a workout, but if you losing weight and fat who cares lol
