Lemon SherbetI take this every morning before fasted cardio and it really does the job for me. This gives me the right amount of energy boosts, helps me focus more, and you can really feel the difference once taking in for your workouts compared to if you don't take it. I also lift weights in the afternoon, so I take it once more before my afternoon training. It does say to not exceed more than 1 scoop, but it works a treat for me. I have had no problems taking 2 scoops per day before each of my trainings, alongside having no problems at all with this product. Overall this is a great product, that I highly recommend if you want that extra help on your deficit/weight-loss journey. -Lemon Sherbet is also an amazing tasting flavour.
