Favourite pre workout cans EVER and I’ve tried a few, gives me the tingles which I love and so much energy to get a good workout in. All flavours I’ve tried are delicious. Cotton candy is the best

By far my favourite, not too gassy. Even the Cotton Candy doesn't taste overly sweet. Get the tingles like with the powder & not a after crash. Alway recommend this to people as a clean carbonated energy drink

Bought a 6 pack on a recommendation and I can tell you it is better than any other energy drink I have ever had. The cotton candy flavour is great. If I sip it all day, my alertness is sharp and I don't fatigue at all. As for a pre workout. I recover very quickly and can go longer. I have not had the side effects of the energy drinks either. Drink in moderation. It's all about moderation.

My thoughts on this product is awesome. Plenty of energy while working out and also after workout.. I just started gyming 2 weeks ago... staring weight was just over 115kg and now I'm 109kg ... so C4 really helps me get that fire back to where I need to be... thank you!!

Great product. You can feel the effect. Big plus is it is not over the top stimulating. Just enough to help push out a few more reps. Good for someone who has not taken a pre-workout before.
