Bought a 6 pack on a recommendation and I can tell you it is better than any other energy drink I have ever had. The cotton candy flavour is great. If I sip it all day, my alertness is sharp and I don't fatigue at all. As for a pre workout. I recover very quickly and can go longer. I have not had the side effects of the energy drinks either. Drink in moderation. It's all about moderation.
