I think my strength and muscle recovery has improved a lot. I can now do 6 workouts a week compared to just my usual 5. Dropped a lot of belly fat too.

I use this product every morning mixed in with my oxyshred before my workout. It's so cost effective and has so many health benefits! Love it! Will keep using this product.

Been using this for about 3 weeks and I take it twice a day, half hour before meals or exercise like it says.. Along with better diet and I'm in a slight calorie deficit, I've lost 2.7kg.. Absolutely stoked!

The only acetyl l-carnitine I trust. It's pure & in the correct dosages. Tastes great mixed with OxyShred to take away the bitter lemon flavour, although can easily be taken by itself.

I've found this definitely gives me more energy and pump at the gym. Recovery potentially enhanced. Does have a sour taste so best to mix. I usually take it mixed with Ghost Burn or Oxyshred 30mins pre workout

Stack with oxyshred (also great if you find oxy by itself too sweet) to improve your burn. Great addition to get the most out of your oxyshred but probably not necessary if you're taking two scoops of oxy per day.

Got this free with my oxyshred in an online deal. Has a tart flavour on its own, and tends to be clumpy, but dissolves fine. I always mix it into oxyshred, and tastes amazing. Got great results stacking this with oxyshred. Helped accelerate my fat loss goals. Lost 4kgs of body fat in 3 weeks. (stacked with oxyshred, clean diet and exercise.)

Best stack with oxyshred. Take it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, keeps the hunger not too noticeable and keeps me going throughout the day. I take this twice a day ??

Love this product! Really noticed a difference in my muscle recovery after a big workout. When i ran out and stopped taking it i didn't realise how much it helped!! Really need to get some more :)

Awesome product that gives me the extra focus I need in the gym and at work. I find it gives me an extra boost to get through a tough cardio session and it's definitely helped me lower my body fat % over the past few months. Only downside is the taste is a bit funny with water - mix it with my beyond BCAAs and you don't notice it at all.

I stack this with my oxyshred, deffs seeing results!! smells a bit iffy but if you mix with oxy you can't even taste it :-)
