Awesome product that gives me the extra focus I need in the gym and at work. I find it gives me an extra boost to get through a tough cardio session and it's definitely helped me lower my body fat % over the past few months. Only downside is the taste is a bit funny with water - mix it with my beyond BCAAs and you don't notice it at all.
