NZ Delivery Services & Delivery Times

We use NZ Post as our courier service using a standard overnight service. NZ post provides our customers with fast and reliable delivery to destinations across their comprehensive domestic network. 

Final pick up each day is at 3.30pm Monday to Friday

Estimated Delivery Times*:
Auckland – Overnight (However many Auckland orders are be delivered the same day depending on what time the order is placed & dispatched)

North Island - Overnight

South Island – Overnight (For larger parcels allow 2 business days)

Rural - +1 business day from the above times (We suggest to send to a town or workplace that is not a rural delivery address)

*Excludes public holidays and weekends

Delivery Fees

Standard orders over $50.00 receive free* shipping nationwide. 

Standard delivery starts from $3.90 per shipment for orders under $50.00 

Rural delivery $3.80 surcharge per shipment

Signature Required $2.00 per shipment. Please ensure you do not have the 'authority to leave' authorization set up at your address with NZ Post should you wish to use this service.

If you don't want NZ Post to leave your parcel unattended, please select the signature required option. This is especially recommended for high value order. Neither NZ Post nor Sprint Fit are liable for parcels that are stolen, damaged or lost after an item has been delivered.

Same Day Evening Delivery

Sprint Fit can deliver in-stock products between 6pm - 9pm on the same day your order is dispatched to eligible suburbs within Auckland, Hamilton, Wellington and Christchurch.

  • Please use a residential address as delivery is between 6pm -  9pm
  • Cost is $12 per shipment (+$2.00 for signature required if selected) 
  • Operates business days only
  • Not available for orders over 5kg

If your order is eligible for same day evening express delivery, you will see the optional upgrade presented in the checkout. This must be selected before payment is processed. For eligible suburbs see below. 

Note: Same day deliveries are not available for business addresses, PO Boxes, or Parcel Collect addresses as these are not typically open during the delivery timeframe of 6pm to 9 pm.

Cut off times are as follows:

Auckland: 3:00 PM

Hamilton, Wellington & Christchurch: 10:00 AM

South Island Overnight Delivery

Sprint Fit can deliver in-stock products to suburbs in the south island via overnight express courier. 

  • South Island Overnight delivery is $10 per shipment
  • Operates business days only
  • Not available for orders over 10kg.

Where can I get assistance with my delivery?

Please contact us on info@sprintfit.co.nz with your order number and detailed information about the delivery issue you are experiencing.

In most cases, we may need to launch an investigation with the courier company to assist with resolving the delivery issue you are having. Rest assured, our team will do everything they can to help resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

I received the incorrect item/something I did not order

If you have received the incorrect item or are missing an item from your order please contact us on info@sprintfit.co.nz with a photo of what you received and the invoice that was inside your package. Ensure all products are unopened if they are incorrectly sent to you. By contacting us about the issue, our team will be able to help resolve this error for you as soon as possible.

My Tracking number says my parcel was delivered but I haven’t received my order

If your tracking number has updated to let you know that your parcel was delivered but you have not received anything, we recommend first checking around your property and mailbox. Courier drivers will often do their best to deliver your parcel to a safe place on your property which is out of view from the road. 

If you are unable to locate your parcel despite this being marked as delivery contact us within 7 days of delivery. Contact us on info@sprintfit.co.nz with your order number and detailed information about the delivery issue you are experiencing.

In most cases, we may need to launch an investigation with the courier company to assist with resolving the delivery issue you are having. Rest assured, our team will do everything they can to help resolve your issue as quickly as possible. 

Please be advised that neither Sprint Fit nor the courier companies we use are able to refund or replace items that have been lost, damaged or stolen after being successfully delivered to your property. We recommend using the signature required upgrade if you are concerned about your parcel being left unattended after delivery to your property.
