I have used Oxyshred for several years now and I love it. I use it primarily in the morning and occasionally at lunch time when I'm doing a night shift. I don't drink coffee so this is my alternative! I get an increase in energy and no crash what so ever. I have not used it as a prework out before though I know a few people do. Pina Colada: 5/5 Kiwi Strawberry: 5/5 Wild melon: 4/5 (tastes like rock melon) Pink Grapefruit: 3/5 I find all the flavors mix well and aren't over bearing, the aren't particularly sweet but can be a bit strong, adding some extra water helps with that. I typically have mine with about 400-600 mls of water.
