These are great. A real game changer from energy drinks. Low calorie, taste isn't bad. I have tried and enjoyed: digital camo, shiny dragon, nuke edition and shiny fox. They definitely help with mental alertness and energy and there's no crash when it wears off. It really helps get me through the day as a single mum to 3 preteen boys! I add a mini fruju iceblock just for extra flavour. Sometimes a dissolvable Magnesium or hydration tablet.- Shayna
