Cookies & CreamThese bars are great, it's pretty easy to eat a whole one with just over 300 cals and 45g of protein. It's much less hassle than making a shake especially if you're on the go. No mess to clear up either. 45g of protein is perfect for post workout recovery and optimal synthesis. Personally I prefer the peanut butter flavor, then milk chocolate brownie and then salted caramel being my least favorite.
