Great tasting cocoa and collagen mix and I find it helps me sleep too! I agree with other review that it is a bit tricky to mix and never fully dissolves (10% left on top in cocoa clumps). I find a normal cup size is not enough liquid to dissolve it well so now just do a 3/4 scoop and works well.
