Its my first time to try this brand of pre workout for gym and i loved it!! it doesnt taste too sweet unlike other pre workout drinks and i also love the variety of flavours. It gives me the energy i needed throughout my whole workout unlike other pre workout that only gives you half an hour of energy. Will definitely stick to this brand- Len
