I ordered a tub of creatine, and next day (shipping from Auckland to Chch is rly fast :) I received the order. They had put the wrong tub in the package. I emailed them asap and 10 min later received a reply. They had organised shipping and sent me a new product (the correct one) the very next day! Customer service was fast and great to deal with. All I had to do was leave the unopened tub (in shipping bag) on the doorstep as they had sorted out a courier for me. Would highly recommend and am extremely pleased with the experience. Will definitely be a regular customer here. Great pricing as well.
