Milk Chocolate BrownieI had the Milk chocolate brownie flavour. These were good! Good taste, and with having 45g protein you can have half of one per serve. I was having the first half in the morning and then the second half after some resistance band workouts at night, or sometimes just having half per day if on a rest day. These are a good convenient way to assist in keeping the daily protein count adequate for gains.
