Bought the Rocky Road flavour as it is on special, way cheaper than Pak'nSave or other supermarkets. I've tried almost all the flavours but cookies & cream. The best ones are brownies and salted caramel. As a protein bar, you will not expect it tastes like a chocolate bar, hence, the tastes are acceptable in my opinion. I will keep buying them for my HIIT training. I do notice my body changes while protein loading. This is the quickest and easiest way to overload your protein intake.- Jacky
