I really enjoyed the cookies and cream flavour, a far cry from the first quest bar I ever tried from the chemist warehouse -chocolate brownie flavour. My lesson: do NOT buy quest bars from the chemist warehouse, they are stale, and taste like they have been fermented in alcohol. SPRINTFIT is my go to place to buy quest bars, they taste like they have been kept and stored. very well, they taste fresh and amazing. Fast shipping too which is absolutely awesome. I would like to give the quest team a big thank you! well done. Overall quest is a very good snack, I find that once you get over the initial oddness of the protein flavour, you start to crave this yummy snack and immensely enjoy it. Your body realises that it has valuable nutrition, therefore making it a really nice experience, eating it. Not only does it satisfy my tastebuds, but it also helps with my performance when and endurance when I run. The only downside is gas....Don't eat any more than 1-2 a day. RIP my sister who sleeps in the same room as me. But hey, the sprint fit eggplant grape flavoured car refreshner does wonders for my Bedroom ??
