The best of four plant proteins I've tasted (balance, Nuzest, Switch). Plant proteins tend to be a bit gritty, this one is about average. The flavor of this one is the best I've found. It's the only plant protein I haven't thrown in the rubbish bin. Still not near as good as a whey based protein powder.- Tim
