Flavor (French Vanilla) 7/10 (Vanilla Ice Cream) 9/10 Mix ability 10/10
I can't comment on 'size gains' etc. as I am not tracking them. Will continue buying ON products as they have all proven their worth. Currently using Gold Standard pre workout, Gold Standard BCAA train and recover and this.
