This product has a good protein count for a vegan protein. Not sure if my product is faulty but I find the cookie crunch flavour always leaves lumps in my shake which are pretty unpleasant to drink. Flavour is OK. The peanut butter cups one is pretty nice. It's pretty similar to the smores flavour but without the strange burnt marshmallow taste.- Augusta
