After trying EHP Pride along with my clients I personal train I found Pride to be one of the best non stim pre workout products ive had if your someone after a more focus train an a pump then give it go, there was no crash or bad come down an feeling wired afterwards but at the end of the day each to there own but definitly give it a go if you can.
