I start my weight lose journey a few yrs ago and believe me it's been surreal. So this year after getting my replacement leg, I put myself on a diet (say nothing). Then found some awesome workouts. I'm trying to build muscle in the upper legs. Slim the waist, etc. You get the drift. These pills have worked for me and I break in between so i dont think it's just the pills, it's effort. I went from 82kgs to 69 current. Products are great.
