We purchase this product for my elderly father-in-law and he has this everyday on his morning cereal. Hes not exactly a body builder, but we have found that this is an easy way to provide him with much needed protein to keep his weight in balance. He enjoys it and we can mix it easily into his milk to go on his weetbix. We have tried other formulas but find this one the easiest and nicest one to use.- Kris
