It is a good gainer. Has helped me gain 2 kgs of good mass in couple of months. I like the flavors as well. It is not for endomorphs as has got a lot of calories... I am discontinuing it because it think this may be the reason for my recent teeth sensitivity...I am going back to my favorite pro complex.- Deba
