WatermelonPerfect for beginners. I have been slowly working my way up from half a scoop. It does give me a extra boost in the gym. Helps to feel motivated and have a productive workout every time. When looking for a pre-workout I was nervous about having too much energy or crashing but this one feels natural and doesn't affect me in a negative way. Watermelon is really yummy.
