Thanks for the advice and great products , the Optimum Nutrition Casien has cool results for me , specially thru the night , its held my weight well during high cardio. Im 10% body fat and 85 kegs ,as u know i surf up in Brazil in some remote areas so preparation and supplements for me are vital .
