I love On Nutrition Pro complex gainer. It is a right mix of protein and carbs, it will NOT put on extra fat and very good for lean muscle building. The bulking has been very gradual for me. 3 kg in 3 months and I take just one serving per day. Best part is how easily it mixes and the mild taste. Only down side is the cost. It is more expensive than other gainers.- Deba
