Banana Cream
I have been using optimum ON for over a year now. I certainly can feel the difference in my recovery and lean muscle mass gain having used optimum ON for a wee while and could vouch this to anyone who would wanna get recovered faster after an intense workout and see muscle gains. (of course assuming your nutrition is on point and your workouts are intense enough). I personally love the banana flavour- Nethaji
