BerryFirst time using plant based protein and I feel so much better. Way less bloated, it will still make you gassy though but that’s better than stomach cramps. I blend mine in a smoothie each day and it’s only slightly grainier than whey, overall decent product that I will continue to buy. Haven’t tried chocolate yet but other flavours are tasty (tip, do half vanilla, half berry for a balanced taste)
