I received a sample and loved it. I immediately purchased a tub for myself. The flavours make it so easy to drink without any horrible after taste, dissolves quickly into water. I definitely have increased energy and I am able to put a lot more focus and effort into my workouts since starting on this product. It has helped my stamina while doing my boxing training.
