Is good, though I wouldn't put it in my must have fitness supplements. BSN is my favorite fitness supplements brand, this definitely works but isn't up there with creatine, sinetrol and other supplements. Flavor: 4/5 Texture: 4/5 Suitability to mix in water: 5/5

Love this produce for recovery from a hard/long squash game. Works a treat and stops dehydration headaches too.

I normally switch between BSN and Xtend. This is a great product. Taste amazing and mixing really well. Definitely try and make ice blocks out of it as well.

This stuff is amazing! It gives me a little pick me up, generally take it 3 times a day and its super delicious! Theres no bad after taste or anything. The only downside is if you do not clean out your shaker properly afterwards it will leave a bad taste in your mouth!

Best and cheapest BCAA in the market! High concentration and complete aminos, I have been using this as intra workout for more than year. Highly recommended and high quality product!

Sprint Fit always has the best products, just ordered blue raspberry BSN amino X. The flavor is soooo good, when you think of blue raspberry this product is it. Not too fizzy, and definitely works during workout. My muscles aren’t as sore anymore and the recovery is faster for sure. Great product, recommend for the price.

I have tried the Watermelon flavour. It taste rather bland but it works quite well. The formula in it is very good also. I recommend this for someone who isn't a fan of the taste but enough to get their tastebuds moving.
