I don’t do extreme sports but I had Hyperemesis during my pregnancy, and I was very unwell. Constant nausea and unable to keep any food down. Then someone suggested to make this powder up with soda water and drink instead of plain water. It revived me, and made me feel so much better. Thoroughly recommended.
