Been taking this for 2 months now and have over 8kg - this has been the only thing I've added to my gym/supplement routine. Definitely couldn't recommend this more - especially if you struggle with high blood sugar for whatever reason.
Really good at curbing appetite - especially mid-afternoon if you're a snacker.
Will be buying more when this runs out.
Really good at being mixed with liquid, doesn't taste like anything, and doesn't have that chalky aftertaste.

I've only just started taking this product within the week so far so good! Not craving sugar as much have glass in morning with preworkout and one before going to bed.

Love this stuff! I have been looking for a 40:1 Myo - dchiro inositol supplement in powder form specifically for irregular cycles, blood sugar, sleep and mood. It has improved all those things and energy. I can feel the difference and my cycle has come back 2 months in a row! I have it in the morning in my green smoothie and in a glass of water at night before dinner.
