Absolutely love having this as part of my morning routine. I take it daily for great skin and digestion results!
I must say I was a bit spectical in trying this considering it was only 1-2 tsp a day. Holy heck my farts have reduced by 80% and I hardly ever get smelly farts now. Bloating has reduced significantly too so IBS lady approved. It's expensive but so worth it

I’ve struggled with IBS for a few years now and have tried almost everything. I contemplated getting this for a while, because I’m not that into supplements and it is pretty expensive - but it definitely worked for me, my gut health is the best its been in 3 years. This paired with a more inclusive and diverse diet ?? would definitely recommend.
I’ve been taking body bloom for a few months and have noticed an improvement in my skin and gut health. It is tasty and a nice way to start the day!
I mix with water and it does settle a bit but a quick stir an it reincorporates quite quickly.
