Some Whey protein is hard on my gut, but this one is easily digestible and tastes great. We've made pancakes for the kids, I have it in yoghurt with fruit or in smoothies, and it's a great way to get more protein into my diet.

This is a game changer! I purchased this product just to consume a great source of protein when going to the gym and I highly recommend this, I got 5 pounds of tasty pure whey protein is what helps my muscles when working out at the gym. I really enjoyed this protein powder, it tastes great and has little crunchy pieces of caramel in it which adds to the taste. I will definitely purchase again and try out the other flavors.

It's actually a hokey pokey imho. There's like a honey comb toffee for added texture which I liked. It's not bad but there is an odd/wierd taste. I prefer the musclepharm hokey pokey compared to this one.
