Love these! Have been struggling to sleep, insomnia is a cruel menopause symptom. These have been helping in conjunction with the sleep hot chocolate. I will give anything a go to help me sleep.

Great product, I definitely noticed a reduction in my stress levels. The gummies are super sticky though and can be hard to get out towards the end of the bottle.
