Flavour is good - its really sweet so I water it down to half or 3/4 scoop per 400mls. I bought a smartshake off here and give it a vigorous shake then it mixes well, not so much with a teaspoon in a glass. lovely and refreshing, great flavour

Flavour is good - was worried it would be fake but the only drawback is its really sweet (and I have a sweet tooth!), I have to water it down below the recommended levels to get to an inoffensive level.
I also find it hard to mix the powder in - you need to use a protein shaker and even then I tend to end up with a suspension and powder floating to the bottom once I pour it out into a bottle and have to go through really vigorous shaking to mix it.

Excellent product for weary or fatigued persons due to intense exercise or if just trying to stay hydrated with the correct balance of electrolytes if sick. Recently sick for 3 weeks and it was a lifesaver as couldn't eat.
