This is a great belt for a great belt, but I wished I had known - if you are on the cusp of sizes, go down rather than up. I have a 27" waist and the small is too big for me - at its tightest, it's still slightly too loose to build the desired amount of pressure. Oh well! I'm buying the XS - the price is so reasonable can afford to.

I purchased this lifting belt on a recommendation from a friend and have to say it was a great choice. Its comfortable and a great fit. I have been using is for two weeks now and my deadlift form has improved with this support. Well made from quality materials and plenty of length in the velcro strap to extend if needed. Sits super firmly once on. Highly recommend.
