Very sweeeet, you do not want to have more than 1scoop. I have it with hot water before I go to sleep. I only got it to help with my sleep cause I have min 5hrs of sleep every night. Since taking this the quality of my sleep is a lot better even if I have 5hrs of sleep. I don’t plan on sticking with this one as I want to continue to explore other ones.
