This product is amazing, it can be used in a smoothie or just mixed into a glass of milk/water. It has so many good and healthy things in it and tastes delicious! I would recommend it!

This product is amazing! It tastes delicious in just water or I add it to a smoothie. This helps build up your good bacteria in your gut, I used to have bad IBS but now I take this with a good probiotic and a digestive enzyme I am relatively symptom free. I have taken this for over a year now and will continue to take it. Best greens product ai have come across

This product is amazing. Tastes great just in water or added to a green smoothie. I take it every morning first thing, combined with a good probiotic. Helps my IBS along with my reflux. Don't need to take meds anymore
