Love this stuff! It has helped with energy level whilst on my morning and evening runs. Pineapple is by far my fav!

I loved the pineapple more than the watermelon as I found the watermelon quite strong but are both great flavours. I definitely felt a boost from them but not an overwhelming high. I would definitely buy these again
