I never ever leave reviews but felt the need to for the Cinnabon Ghost protein. I have tried a lot of different brands and flavours and this one is 100% my favourite! Even my kids love having this in their smoothies and they usually hate the taste of protein powder. Absolutely recommend this! And great, prompt service from Sprint. Have been recommending Sprint to others. 10/10!

Coconut ice cream flavour is way to sweet. For the first couple of shakes it's fine but then eventually you feel sick after consuming due to the creaminess and sweetness.

I don't normally leave reviews but this is my new favorite protein powder flavor. Like wow. Insanely smooth, and tastes just like a cinnabon donut milkshake!? Cinnamon taste isn't too overpowering and good level of sweetness. Will definitely be buying this flavor again!!!

First time trying ghost protein! Reason I chose Cinnabon was when I was looking at reviews majority on social media would say how smooth it was which was why I got it as thick proteins takes longer for me to drink. Plus reviews were blown away with taste! I've tried a lot and trying this one got me thinking why I haven't tried this sooner! If youre struggling in taste and digestion then this is great. No grittyness, no bad aftertaste and the taste is out the gate! Plus I'm a real sweet tooth and can just imagine how well it'll go making with pancakes and making it into a ice cream

Pretty tasty, doesn't have a dreadful protein taste. Makes a nice thick shake with the recommend amount of liquid. Only a mild cinnamon taste but still nice. Will probably try it in other flavor next time.

It’s too sweet. At first it was ok but now when I mix it with milk I feel like vomiting. I have to blend it into a smoothie to get rid of the taste.

The Coffee Ice Cream doesn't really taste like coffee at all - but still yummy if you like sweetness! This protein powder stacks up in terms of all the macros as one of the best, so bonus that it has so many yummy flavours. Big scoop... you do use a lot of powder with one serving compared to other powders.

Bought the coffee ice cream and the chocolate flavours and both are superb! Coffee is pretty mild, but yum. Chocolate has a nice coconutty undertone that I really dig. Flavours are strong enough that the sweetener isn't too prominent, and they make for good, thick, creamy shakes. 100% will be buying again! So much better than musashi, like unbelievable.

I bought the peanut butter cereal milk flavour being a huge peanut butter fan and this did not disappoint. It is amazing! I have been making protein mug cakes out of it and is still amazing. Best protein ever in my opinion. I haven’t tried the other flavours yet but I think I’ll still to ghost protein now…

I hate protein powder and everything I have tried no matter how pricey tasted like chalk. This brand is a game changer, it's so good! Tolerable and even enjoyable as a smoothie! Cinnamon is stronger than expected but it's really similar to a milkshake flavour.

I usually get cereal milk but decided to change it up and get milk chocolate. Both flavours are so good! But the milk chocolate is the best chocolate flavoured protein I have tried. Really good mixed with oats and also on its own with water.

My first experience of Ghost after really positive reviews from friends. Unfortunately I ordered the coconut ice cream and now massively regret it - it's insanely sweet to the point that I can't really taste coconut and am struggling to get it down. Keen to try another flavour (I've heard PB is good?) but won't be ordering this flavour again. Sprint's service is amazing though - insanely quick delivery!

Both the Milk Chocolate and the Frosted Sugar Cookie were both really good with the milk chocolate having a rich flavour. It is a pretty filling serving size and is great to start the day with. Would highly rercomend.

Product itself is good, have had good results after a decent period of use, mixed feeling on flavours personally. Chocolate chip cookie: Nice change from standard vanilla or chocolate flavours, choc chip chunks can be annoying when consuming. Coffee Icecream: incredible flavour, almost better than an Iced coffee when made with milk. Frosted Sugar Cookie: Unsual vanilla taste, chunks are not very enjoyable to consume, have to sit there chewing them down before swallowing, not that tasty either.

Love the sprinkles, the texture definitely adds something different to the protein shake which is awesome, and the flavour is pretty good. However, mixability is not the best :( It mixes fine in a blender, but it just does not mix fully in shaker bottles (I've tried different kinds all with the same result). In short, good taste, great textures, not really suitable for on the go in a shaker.

I really enjoy the taste of Ghost Whey, the cereal milk flavour is no exception, not as good as the nut butter flavour (which NZ needs). Good consistency and mix and goes well in oats and granola too. Wish they made bigger sizes!

Choc Chip cookie whey is tasty. It's made in partnership with Chips Ahoy! But I think it's marketed differently in Aus/Nz because it's in small print. I'm super happy because I enjoy the authentic American snack vibe, plus its a healthy substitute for sugarific milkshakes and cookies. Making my shred way easier, maintaining muscle mass. 4/5 because it comes with actual biscuit bits and choc chips which can be hard to mix as it sinks to the bottom. I think I'll try OG cereal milk next.

Bough the cereal milk and coconut ice cream whey protein. Cereal milk is so tasty and smells so good too. The coconut ice cream one has an odd after taste to it but when mixed with fruit or chocolate then it blends well.

Love the Blueberry Toaster Pastry flavor in my morning smoothie. Mixes well and has a good blueberry flavor. Also a good sized scoop at 36.5g. Have also tried the coffee ice-cream flavor. I am not a big fan of coffee flavored proteins but this is one of the better ones I've tried.

Great flavour but a surprisingly small amount of water required for the amount of powder per serving. You will need either extra water or a decent shaker as I found the powder doesn’t alway mix well. Watch out with the extra water however, it doesn’t take much for the flavour to dilute. Would purchase again.
