not the best pump but can be enough to get going, blue raz flavour personally is disgusting. probably would never use this brand again but to each their own!

Flavour is good, not much “rush” for me personally, doesn’t mix well in shaker - I have to shake it over 2 min and still doesn’t fully dissolve even in a blender but could just be the batch I got.

This product is amazing if you get the right flavors. You do have to experiment to see which one you like i found the blue raspberry way too sweet for me.

I love BSN products - they've never done me wrong. EndoRush definitely gives me the extra push I need some days to get through a tough workout and makes training so much easier - plus it tastes incredible!!

Much better than expected. Have been taking C4 for the last 6 months and recently broke my headphones so decided to give this a go since it came with free headphones and it far exceeded by expectations. You don't get that huge initial surge of energy but it does give you prolonged energy and fatigue is rarely a problem for me anymore, headphones are pretty good as well, not the best quality but can't complain since they were free. Would definitely recommend

This pre workout is the bomb. First time I tried it felt like I could work out for 4 hours non stop. I completed my whole workout but didn't feel like finishing so did a few extra exercises that weren't on the days workout list. I feel I've gotten used to it so it's not quite as effe give as the first use but it's still good. The sour candy flavor is pretty good too. I haven't tried any of the other flavors though.

good mid point pre workout, increases bloodflow well and concentration. blue raspberry wasnt the nicest flavour but drinkable and mixed great
