This product helps me out on my day to day routine. From waking up early in the a.m and going to sleep late at night, I needed something to keep me going through out the day. This produce keeps me awake and focused all day. Apart from Sundays, this is my resting days. ??

Tablets are round rather than the tab/pill shape, despite this, it's still possible to split the round tablet into halves using a knife. With 200mg caffeine per tablet it's great as a coffee substitute.
