Taste is not the best.

First impressions are not good. Definitely does not help with sleep, it is keeping me awake at night, awake way later than usual, waking during the night and tossing and turning. Don’t feel like I’m sleeping at all and certainly not rested. Then 3pm in the afternoon hits and I’m so tired barely staying awake. Also doesn’t mix well. I feel like I need to try a blender to mix it but I’m not doing that at night. A shaker just doesn’t cut it for mixing. Flavour ok but not the best

I don't usually write reviews (not even if I am offered a voucher), but damn oxysleep deserve this. I started this 3 nights ago and for the last 3 nights since I started, my sleep has been the best fucking ever. Not sure about the fat loss part but solely for the sleep. Jeez. Get this product please. I'm feeling like a new person, so well rested. I've never like the taste of oxyshred or protein shakes, so won't comment on the taste of this too. Just scull it, you'll be fine.

I thought the Fuji apple would be yum like Appletini non stim just less sweet but tastes so bad, I have to add water drops to it to be able to drink it without wanting to vomit, probably will never get this flavour again also smells as bad as it tastes

Steer clear of the peach iced tea, it tastes horrendous. I found I needed to hit this with a blender to get it to mix well. The Oxyshred seems to be a much better product.

This product is good. I really like both the Oxyshred and Oxysleep. This does what it says on the packet: thermogenic yes, sleep much better than without. First impressions of the flavours haven't been great. The peach is super sweet, like drinking sugar, and definitely had a peachy taste hidden behind the sugar. The strawberry didn't taste like strawberry to me, but maybe it was supposed to be more daiquiri. Strawberry was less sugary than the peach, but the flavour overall was meh. Prefer the peach, but will try the apple next time.

Not a fan of the flavour - literally have to scull it fast to avoid the horrible taste. Product did not help my sleep or make me feel relaxed, if anything it kept me up, have taken this 5 nights in a row and no change. Everyone is different though! May work for others.

Omg this is horrible. I saw the reviews and thought how bad can apple flavour really be? Thr oxyshred is delicious. But I nearly gagged. No. I did gag. It's bad. I will do what another review said. . Block my nose and down it

Gives me a relaxing feeling before bed but definitely wake up the next morning feeling energised and ready to get the gym again, peach ice tea flavour is a bit chalky (but drinkable) definitely will be getting a different flavour once this is finished

I started out using Oxyshred and then bought a bundle with both Oxyshred and Oxysleep. This definitely relaxes the body and helps make my mind chill out... But its so hard to drink because the flavour is terrible, I can't even pin point anything to describe it. Its sweet, doesn't taste anything like strawberry. I'm hesitant to try the rest of the flavours

I cannot get over how awful this tastes! I got the Apple because I’d read reviews saying that was the best flavour, but wowww it’s bad, I think Oxyshred tastes amazing so was expecting similar from this, but sadly no. I do think it does what it says it does though, helps with sleep and I think it’s working well as a fat burner / thermogenic so I’ll keep holding my breath and chugging one back at night until it’s gone - just not sure I have it in me to repurchase sadly!

I got this as a sleep aid more than a fat burner, helped quite well , however the flavor isn't nice at all, stick to the apple or strawberry Flavors

Not a massive fan of the flavour but it definitely works!! I take a long time to get to sleep but this just relaxes my body completely and according to my fitbit, my sleep quality has improved since taking it. Downside is that drinking 300ml before bed makes me need to pee in the night!

Wanted to see if Oxysleep would improve my rest and recovery in the lead up to a race. For a couple of nights, my body seemed to have some trouble responding to the sleep-inducing components, but with half-doses I found I tolerated it a lot better and slept really well. I felt toned and trim for my race, and came second place in my gender.

Like the flavour Apple. Does put me in a deep sleep - waking up good! At present stacking it with oxyshred, acetyl carnitine, beyond BCCA & oxywhey 3x a week - it’s only been 2 weeks, I have noticed my focus on training has been on point.

I purchased the peach flavor and at first could barely stand the taste - it was far too artificially sweet unlike most other products by EHP which surprised me. The product itself in terms of results is good - but I'd opt to buy the apple flavor if considering purchasing this product!

So I ordered this online and was so excited. Only to be super disappointed after it arrived - peach tea was the only flavour available online and it is so unpalatable. I managed to skull it back once and definitely felt a difference in terms of feeling tired but could not put myself through tasting that ever again. So gutted to see now there are two other flavours available!

It's only been a week but, well, I suspect it's stopped my chronic sleep problems. I've felt energised, calm and happy. For the first time ever my sleep quality was measured at 90% - 2 days running. No idea if it helps weight loss though. The Peach Tea flavour is pretty yuck, tastes chalky and it's really one to just knock back.

This actually tastes like actual proper apple - it's been a while since I've had a product that actually tastes like the flavour it says. So defs an improvement, my sleep has improved heaps as well esp due to my rotating shifts and late night finishes. Weight management wise I'm not so sure, it hasn't been a month yet. I generally give it a month before I can actually start saying I see results or not. But I guess it's a wait and see, that's the only reason I give it a 3.

This product doesn't make me sleepy but it keeps me in a deeper sleep through the night. Notice that it effectively reduces bloat before you're even asleep and makes you feel a lot leaner in the morning. I am enjoying what it's doing I just can't get past the flavours, they are hard to drink! I ended up shooting the scoop with a mouthful of water which is better than adding to a glass of water. Definitely want to keep taking it

I love this product! It tastes divine and has definitely helped with an extra fat-burn. While it hasn't really helped me to get to sleep I have been sleeping so much more soundly when I have it. Definitely coming back for seconds!

According to my sleep app my quantity of REM sleep has increased but still wake up feeling as tired as I was before i bought this. Didn't make me tired. Awesome flavor though.

Awesome product . Love it, love the feeling when I wake up heaps of energy. Goes good with OxyShred also. OxyShred when I wake up and OxySleep just before I want to sleep. Will definitely buy again after my current cycle

I have been on Acetyl L Carnitine with Oxyshred. Just recently added Oxysleep to the mix...WoW !! Was very dubious at first but love all other EHPlabs products I've used so far so thought I'd try it...Very impressed noticed a big difference with the Oxysleep. What an Awesome stack. I highly recommend.

Oxysleep is straight amazing. When you've had a big workout & your muscles are achy it helps to relax you & give you a restful sleep - without the fear of being in a deep sleep &not waking up when you need to. Highly recommend!!

I have been using this product to replace a sleep aid and the results are impressive. I don wake up feeling out of it and doped up. Has aided my recovery through some pretty brutal sessions and alllowed me to get back at it the next day. Just ordered my second month of it and cant stop recommending it.

This stuff is awesome. Knocks me out within 10-15 minutes for a quality sleep. I don't feel drowsy the next morning either, fantastic for recovery! Those nights when you're so sore from the gym you can't sleep- GONE. Peach is great, a little bit grainy though, so make sure you mix it super well to ensure you don't waste any of that fat burning goodness!!!!

Having OxyRem at of this stage at night, works highly the same as the oxysleep but cant get my hands on this as there is no oxyrem in nz stores #TeamEHP

Nearly finished my first tub of oxysleep. I brought this very unsure if it would do what it said but love everything else in the ehplabs range so thought I'd give it a try as my sleep is terrible. After the third night of using oxysleep I already noticed a difference no more waking up throughout the night !! I was also very surprised that in the mornings I was far less tired and my muscle recovery was so much faster after using oxysleep at night paired with oxyshred in the mornings and ehplab bcca during workouts .I brought peach tea flavour the flavour taste just like peach tea ! Highly recommend giving this product for all the restless sleepers out there !!

Great product! I purchased the peach tea flavour and it tastes amazing! I have one scoop every night before bed and notice how much of a better sleep i have and how i wake up with more energy. Will definitely be buying this product again!!
