I got Rainbow Sherbet and Grape. Have only tried the Rainbow Sherbet and wow, easily the most delicious flavour out there.
Pre-workout wise it's amazing, gives me the extra boost and the energy to go for longer. As to the muscle recovery, unfortunately I haven't noticed any benefits. But I'm definitely going to keep buying ON Amino Energy because of the two former points I made. Definitely recommend.
Plus the free shaker the double combo comes with is awesome. Great deal.

I swear by this!! I've tried out heaps of other brands & flavours for BCAAs but none compare to this one! I've also tried not having them at all but definitely notice the negative difference in my energy & strength levels throughout my workout! Highly recommended!!

I have tried many different brands of amino drinks, and most recently was a loyal Cobra Labs customer- their Crisp Apple flavour is amazing (it only comes in 3 flavours). It’s also expensive at around $44 a tub (30 serves) so I decided to try this one for a change. What a pleasant surprise!! The energy boost I get from it is just as good, if not better. It’s instant and lasts a couple hours. I have an autoimmune disorder so I struggle with chronic fatigue- I drink this twice a day for a pick-me-up, and usually sip it throughout my workouts to keep me going and focused. Can’t rave about it enough! So far I’ve tried the energy orange, grape, peach iced tea, blueberry mojito and the green apple. They’re all really good, but the drier, more refreshing ones are my favourites- orange, peach iced tea and blueberry mojito. The grape and apple were both pretty sweet- but still very yummy. They taste just like hard lollies. This will be a permanent item in my pantry. Love it!
