I have been suffering what feels like pulled muscle in my left leg for several months After taking three HMB caps daily for just 12 days the improvement is fantastic. I'm finally walking without wincing. I highly recommend these for elderly who are experiencing tight painful muscles

I've found these have really helpful with my muscle recovery and I have put on 2% muscle according to my body scan so I'm guessing these are one of the things to thank for that too! Easy to take
